SBACO held a two day training workshop in 17th and 18 the, April, 2019 on strengthening the capacity of women in leadership and decision making in Galkacyo district in Puntland, Somalia. SBACO invited 40 participants from different target groups of 18 Youth, 10 Women activist, 10 Elders and 2 Local Councilors.
The reason for training smaller groups is to achieve goal of empowering women’s political participation, improving women’s representation in senior positions and decision-making structure while working closely with participants
